Policy Advocacy

Besides direct social welfare service, advocating for proper public policy is also one of the important missions. This is implemented mainly through the Supervisor of Centre for Research and Development, various services and service units.
We proactively advocate the public to concern public policy. We also conduct studies on various policy areas, and submit opinions to relevant government policy bureaus and departments for social issues.
Moreover, as a diversified multi-service social service organisation, the operation and development of various service units are also closely related and affected by public policies. Thus our service units will also do advocacy work in their respective service areas.
